Vintage Metal Horse Bridle Statue On Base Gbedodge Here is a beautiful and hard to find vintage item. This copper and bronze colored metal horse statue is in extremely nice condition. Standing atop the 1 7/8 tall, rocky base is a 4 5/8 tall, bridled horse. The detail on this dodge creation si extraordinary. The bright copper colored mane, forelocks, and tail are gorgeous and complement the bronze body and legs.
The rocky base is also very nicely detailed. The bottom of the base is covered with a brown leather looking material. A paper label tauting, created and made by dodge inc los angeles newark miami is still affixed to the bottom of the base.
This beautiful work of art is most likely a gladys brown edwarsd design. It measures 6 1/4 tall, 5 7/8 long, 2 5/8 deep, and weighs 2 1/4 pounds. There si a small amount of peeling on the lower base (see photo).
