George Ford Morris Decks Cards Saddlebred Arabian HorseGeorge ford morris 2 full decks of bridge cards. Two complete decks of playing cards featuring the image of an arabian horse and a saddlebred, each signed in the print by the equestrian artist, george ford morris. 54 cards in each deck fro a total of 108 cards.
Housed in the original gilt adn velveteen decorative box with two more cards glued to the front. Condition box with mild edgewear and unobtrusive signs of sticker removla on the back, the interior box missing a small piece of gilt paper on the back, still in very good condition. The cards are generally very good with a handful of cards that have some edgewear including tiny nicks to the lamination only at the edges, an example of which is pictured. All cards are otehrwise clean, but gently used.
No date found, but presumed circa 1950's. There are two extra cards (53 and 54). One says congress and has a code of 147 9 on it. The second has an advertisement for official rules of card games- hoyle up-to-date and requests that you send 10c to the united states playing card co.
